When?
Throughout the academic year.
Who has the responsibility to authorize thesis registration?
The authorization for the registration of the doctoral thesis is carried out by the CAPD based on the following :
a) Reports from two external reviewers of the program,
b) Report from the thesis advisor,
c) Document of the doctoral candidate's activities (DAD),
d) Thesis document.
What are the criteria for submitting the thesis as a compilation of articles?

ATTENTION: The Doctoral School Support Services Unit will not process thesis registrations on holidays and non-working days (including low-occupancy periods) or school holidays (from 20 to 22 December 2023, and from 29 to 31 July 2024). Theses registered before September 30th, 2024, will be considered part of the 2023-2024 academic year.
