Monitoring & assesment

Who monitors my work?

The Academic Committee of the doctoral program is responsible for annually monitoring the student's progress based on:

a) Document of the doctoral candidate's activities (DAD),
b) Research Plan Progress,
c) Report from the thesis advisor

When?

This process occurs in July. Both the supervisor and the student will receive an email beforehand, specifying how and when to submit the necessary documentation for evaluation by the Academic Committee.

ATTENTION: Failure to submit the required documents will result in a FAIL score.
When will I know the result?

In September, the Academic Committee will issue the final results, and students will receive an email notifying them that the records are available at e-Secretaria.
